The Tide Is Coming In

Caius Drift has entered the chat. Of course he has. He never waits for an invitation.
He got his own story.
This one's told a little differently. Caius has a captive audience, and he fully intends to make the most of it. Whether they believe a word he says is another matter.
If you've read Threadbound, you know Caius keeps his cards close. There's a stretch of his story that never made it onto the page in the book. This is where it lives.
Brig fans, I see you. He's here. Still not much of a talker, unless it matters.
The Tide Remembers is a novella companion to Threadbound, and it's in final edits. The draft is done. The words exist. Now comes the part where I go through it line by line and make every sentence earn its place.
Final edits are basically a ship inspection. Check the rigging, check the hull, hunt down every continuity slip, every voice wobble, every dagger in the wrong hand. Then do it all again. Every pass finds something. Every. Single. One.
The cover is nearly locked too. It sits right next to Threadbound on the shelf like it belongs there, and it looks like trouble. Fitting.
When it's ready, The Tide Remembers will be available on Amazon in ebook and print. I'll share the cover and a release date here the moment they're official.
The tide is coming in. Keep your boots dry.
